Responsibilities of
FASDC Dancers

Commitment to Practice: It is recommended to take at least one class per week for optimal progress. Practicing outside of classes is encouraged to reinforce learning and technique.

Code of Conduct: To maintain appropriate relationships with all dancers, staff members, and affiliates. This includes (but is not limited to) intimate relationships, distribution of drugs/alcohol to minors, or any other behavior that would put a participant or yourself in a compromising/dangerous position.

Class Scheduling: In the instance that The Dancer registers for a class that is later cancelled, they are eligible to reschedule their pre-paid session. However, The Dancer is still expected to utilize their class pass within the redeemable period.

The Dancer is expected to arrive on time to all scheduled classes.

The Dancer is expected to respond to all FASDC communication in a timely manner. To strive to acknowledge any important and/or sensitive material within 24-hours.

Accountability: This agreement ensures commitment from Both Parties to the learning process and aforementioned schedule.

Class Cancellation: A ten minute grace period will be granted before cancellation. Missed classes can be rescheduled, but there are no refunds for unused lessons.

No Refund Policy: There are no refunds issued for unused classes of a pre-paid class package. All payments are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Ownership of Property: Exclusive ownership of the creative and intellectual property is not permissible to The Dancer. Rights can be joint or exclusive to Footwork And Sole Dance Company.

Confidential Information: The Dancer agrees that any information received by/during any furtherance of its obligations in accordance with this contract, which concerns the affairs of Footwork And Sole Dance Company, will be handled with care in confidentiality and will not be revealed to any other persons, firms, or organizations.

By signing this contract, The Dancer gives permission for photographs and videos to be taken during training and performances, to be used by Footwork And Sole Dance Company for promotion or other purposes.

Footwork And Sole Dance Company reserves the right to cancel classes at its own discretion.

Footwork And Sole Dance Company cannot be held responsible for any injuries sustained or medical expenses accrued.

The Dancer acknowledges that this is a voluntary commitment in which they are enrolling at their own discretion.

Termination: Footwork And Sole Dance Company is entitled to terminate this contract at any point. The Dancer will not ask for any reimbursement for pre-paid service. If either FASDC wishes to cancel this agreement a written notice must be provided for proper dissolution.

If The Dancer does not feel the services provided are meeting their expectations, they are expected to communicate their needs. Footwork And Sole Dance Company will do their best to adjust and accommodate.
